DAY 01Arrive → Harbin hotel
Your Harbin and Yabuli ski tour starts with the following arrangements. Meet the guide and driver at the confirmed Harbin arrival point and transfer to the hotel. There is no fixed first-day attraction. Declare the number and dimensions of skis, boards and equipment bags before the vehicle is allocated.
The team confirms the selected Yabuli property and resort, rather than treating every hotel labelled Yabuli as ski-in/ski-out. Use the evening to rest or take a short nearby independent walk.

DAY 02Sophia → Central Street → Ice-Snow World
Look at Saint Sophia’s exterior and square, with interior entry only if the booked exhibition allows it. Walk Central Street to the Flood Control Monument, allowing about 1.5–2 hours with shorter warm-up stops.
Visit the seasonal outdoor Ice-Snow World for around 4–5 hours after an indoor break, timed for both daylight and illumination when operating. Popular slides and shows are subject to slots and queues. If the outdoor edition has not opened or closes early, a different indoor or seasonal programme needs agreement and a price explanation; it is not an identical substitute.

DAY 03Train to Yabuli → fitting and introductory skiing
Take the booked second-class train to Yabuli West and meet the local driver for the confirmed resort transfer. Allow around 1–1.5 hours for suitable train services, plus station and resort roads, with the actual dated timetable deciding arrival.
After luggage storage or check-in, complete equipment fitting and an orientation before the proposed 2–3-hour introductory session. The quotation specifies the pass area, rental items and whether qualified instruction is included or extra. An English-speaking travel guide is not automatically a ski instructor; the instructor’s language and qualifications require confirmation. Stay two nights in Yabuli.

DAY 04Independent Yabuli day — no private car or guide
Today has no scheduled private vehicle or tour guide. Ski independently on permitted terrain if you have the appropriate pass and ability, book a professional lesson, or rest at the hotel. Lift passes, rentals, helmets, clothing and teaching are included only where the quotation explicitly lists them.
A resort hotel may offer its own shuttle, but its route, timetable and inclusion must be checked. A town hotel may require an independently paid taxi. Private transport can be requested as an extra; the standard vehicle template does not override this free-day exception.

DAY 05Yabuli West train → Harbin departure
Transfer privately to Yabuli West for the booked second-class train back to the confirmed Harbin station. Meet the Harbin driver for the onward airport or station transfer, allowing for winter roads, equipment handling and check-in.
An early departure may require returning to Harbin the previous evening and moving the last hotel night. That changes the confirmed stay and service plan and is agreed before booking, not assumed to be a free same-day connection.

Booking, payment & cancellation
Submit your inquiry or tailor-made request online, and our travel consultant will contact you within one working day.
We will then work with you to refine the itinerary and quotation until the travel plan is confirmed, with no charge for itinerary adjustments.
Once you approve the itinerary and quotation, a deposit of at least 10% of the total tour price is required to secure the booking and reserve local travel services. After payment, we will issue an official payment receipt.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before departure. Once full payment is received, we will issue your final Tour Confirmation with the confirmed travel arrangements.
Cancellation Policy:
30 days or more before departure: 90% of the total amount paid is refundable.
15–29 days before departure: 40% of the total amount paid is refundable.
Within 14 days of departure: The total amount paid is non-refundable.
