1. Your booking agreement
I Love China Travel is operated by Beijing Fengguang International Travel Agency Co., Ltd. (北京风光国际旅行社有限公司), travel agency licence L-BJ13258. Review your itinerary, quotation and booking confirmation for the services and travel dates agreed for your trip.
2. Quotation and inclusions
A website starting price is a reference for the stated trip. Your quotation specifies the price, currency, dates, number of travellers, accommodation and included services. Check the exclusions and any optional activities before confirming.
3. Confirmation and payment
After approving the itinerary and quotation, pay the agreed deposit of at least 10% of the total tour price. Pay the remaining balance no later than 14 days before departure. We issue a payment receipt and, after full payment, your final Tour Confirmation. The same payment and refund policy applies to all our tours, including Yangtze cruise itineraries.
4. Changes to arrangements
Contact your travel planner if you want to change your dates, route or services. We will review availability and explain any revised arrangements and price before you agree. See the cancellation policy for the refund schedule that applies to all our tours.
5. Traveller responsibilities
Provide accurate traveller names and travel information for reservations. Tell your travel planner about essential dietary, accessibility or other requirements before confirming. Check the documents and entry arrangements needed for your nationality and route.
6. Support and disputes
