1. Accepted payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, bank transfer, Western Union, Alipay and WeChat Pay. Your travel planner will provide the payment instructions for your booking.
2. Payment instructions
Check the amount, settlement currency and recipient details in your confirmed quotation and payment instructions before paying. If any detail is unclear, contact your travel planner on WhatsApp at +86 136 6100 0463.
3. Deposit and balance
A deposit of at least 10% of the total tour price is required after you approve the itinerary and quotation. The exact deposit is agreed before payment. Pay the remaining balance no later than 14 days before departure. The same payment and refund policy applies to all our tours, including Yangtze cruise itineraries.
4. Receipts and confirmation
We issue a payment receipt after payment. After full payment, we issue your final Tour Confirmation with the confirmed travel arrangements.
