DAY 01Taiyuan → Guangsheng Temple → Hukou Town

Your Hukou Waterfall tour from Taiyuan starts with the following arrangements. Meet your guide and driver at the confirmed downtown Taiyuan hotel, then drive south for around 3–3.5 hours to Guangsheng Temple. Allow approximately two hours to see the glazed Feihong Pagoda and the temple’s mural heritage in the areas open to visitors. Fragile artwork and historic interiors may have separate access controls; a close mural encounter is not guaranteed.

After a meal break, continue roughly 2.5 hours toward Hukou Town and check into the agreed hotel near the Yellow River. This is around six hours of driving in total, split by the temple and rest stops. Dinner is chosen separately; the evening has no compulsory attraction after the long journey.

DAY 02Shanxi Hukou Waterfall → Taiyuan hotel

Use the morning for the Shanxi side of Hukou Waterfall, moving between the officially open platforms at a steady pace. The river’s flow, spray and visibility depend on the season and recent weather. Dragon Cave’s lower viewpoint is visited only if open and suitable, with any separate ticket confirmed beforehand; high water can restrict it.

After lunch, begin the long return to your original downtown Taiyuan hotel or pickup point, allowing approximately 5.5–6 hours of driving plus stops. This is an evening hotel return, not a convenient same-afternoon airport connection. Meals, exact scenic transport and lower-viewpoint access are itemised in your dated proposal.

Booking, payment & cancellation

We will then work with you to refine the itinerary and quotation until the travel plan is confirmed, with no charge for itinerary adjustments.
Once you approve the itinerary and quotation, a deposit of at least 10% of the total tour price is required to secure the booking and reserve local travel services. After payment, we will issue an official payment receipt.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before departure. Once full payment is received, we will issue your final Tour Confirmation with the confirmed travel arrangements.

Cancellation Policy:
30 days or more before departure: 90% of the total amount paid is refundable.
15–29 days before departure: 40% of the total amount paid is refundable.
Within 14 days of departure: The total amount paid is non-refundable.
