Your Xiamen, Anxi and Quanzhou tour starts with the following arrangements. Start from the confirmed central Xiamen address and drive about 2–2.5 hours to the booked Anxi tea producer. Walk the tea-growing area and follow an introductory oolong-making session with the host, using fresh leaves or suitable process samples according to season. Keep the scheduled family-hosted lunch, then travel about 1.5–2 hours to Quanzhou for a West Street orientation. Materials, workshop stages and the host visit require advance agreement.

Visit Kaiyuan Temple and Qingjing Mosque to trace Quanzhou’s religious and maritime connections, respecting each site’s access rules. Continue to the Maritime Museum for the booked galleries; the historic ship collection may require a separate museum location, so confirm where it is displayed rather than assuming every object is in one building. Finish at Xunpu’s shell-built houses and village lanes. Flower-headdress styling and photography are optional paid services, with residents’ permission for portraits.

Explore Luoyang Bridge’s stone piers and tidal setting, then continue roughly an hour toward Chongwu for its fortified lanes and coastal walls. The nearby Dazha visit introduces Hui’an clothing through the community’s own explanations; any dress-and-photo service needs consent, an identified provider and confirmed fees. Finish at the booked Quanzhou station or Jinjiang airport. Returning to central Xiamen or Xiamen Airport requires a separately timed road transfer and a sufficiently late departure.
