DAY 01Arrival and time to settle in

Your Guilin and Yangshuo outdoor adventure tour starts with the following arrangements. Meet the local guide and driver at the Guilin arrival point confirmed in your booking, then transfer to the selected hotel. Keep the rest of the day unhurried. Nearby walks and restaurant suggestions are available for early arrivals, while independent time has no continuing sightseeing guide or vehicle.

DAY 02Li River Source Grand Canyon

Travel toward the authorised Li River Source Grand Canyon visitor area near Mao’er Mountain, allowing roughly 2.5–3 hours each way as a planning allowance to be checked against the selected entrance. Follow open forest-and-stream paths for 3–4 hours, with uneven ground, steps and slippery surfaces. Return to Guilin after the visit. Any designated water-play area follows site instructions; this is not unsupervised river tracing, pool jumping or entry into closed terrain.

DAY 03Xingping raft → Xianggong Hill → One activity

Use the officially operated motorised raft on the booked Xingping section, allowing about 1–1.5 hours on the river plus boarding. Continue to Xianggong Hill for a 1–1.5-hour stepped viewpoint visit, then Yangshuo. Choose the included authorised ATV introduction or a tea-estate visit, not both. The operator confirms participation rules and equipment; someone unable to join the ATV selects the tea option in advance rather than an unplanned roadside substitute.

DAY 04Instructed rock climbing → Paddleboarding

Join the booked instructor for 3–4 hours at a permitted outdoor climbing site, with route grades matched to experience and the confirmed helmet, harness, ropes and belay system. Continue to a separately authorised calm-water venue for 1.5–2 hours of introductory paddleboarding with paddle and life jacket. This does not permit launching anywhere on the Yulong River. Instruction language, ratios, rescue arrangements and weather decisions are agreed beforehand; an agreed countryside programme is the alternative if activities cannot proceed.

No wet-clothing activity or strenuous session is added before departure. Provide the actual train or flight so the pickup can include luggage, traffic and the appropriate check-in allowance.

Booking, payment & cancellation

Submit your inquiry or tailor-made request online, and our travel consultant will contact you within one working day.
We will then work with you to refine the itinerary and quotation until the travel plan is confirmed, with no charge for itinerary adjustments.
Once you approve the itinerary and quotation, a deposit of at least 10% of the total tour price is required to secure the booking and reserve local travel services. After payment, we will issue an official payment receipt.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before departure. Once full payment is received, we will issue your final Tour Confirmation with the confirmed travel arrangements.

Cancellation Policy:
30 days or more before departure: 90% of the total amount paid is refundable.
15–29 days before departure: 40% of the total amount paid is refundable.
Within 14 days of departure: The total amount paid is non-refundable.
