DAY 01Arrive → settle into winter Harbin
Your Harbin family winter tour starts with the following arrangements. Your guide and driver meet the confirmed Taiping Airport or city railway arrival and transfer to the hotel. Winter traffic can extend the airport road beyond an hour; reception follows the actual flight or train. No fixed sightseeing is scheduled.
Use the afternoon to rest and check boots, gloves and layers with the team. Clothing purchases or rentals are separate. A short nearby walk is an option for early arrivals, without committing the family to a long outdoor first evening.

DAY 02Seasonal snowman → Central Street → Ice-Snow World
Visit the officially announced giant-snowman location only after it has opened, then walk Central Street toward the Flood Control Monument. Allow roughly 1.5–2 hours for the street and a shorter riverfront stop, noticing Harbin’s varied architectural influences from designated public paths.
After an indoor meal and warming break, spend about 3.5–4.5 hours in the seasonal outdoor Ice-Snow World, arriving before dusk to see the structures change under illumination. The edition’s dates, tickets and activity rules must be confirmed. Slides and play areas depend on age, height, queues and operation; the park ticket does not guarantee every attraction or permit unregulated river-ice access.

DAY 03Hongzhuan market → Sophia portraits → tiger park
Browse Hongzhuan Street’s morning market with your guide, sampling only what you choose to buy. Continue to Saint Sophia Square for the planned 1–1.5-hour professional family photo session. Outfit, styling, photographer, image count, retouching and delivery are set out before booking; the standard setting is the permitted square, not an unconfirmed cathedral interior.
Drive to Siberian Tiger Park and allow about two hours for the official protected vehicle and designated viewing areas. Follow the park’s animal-distance rules. Cub holding, direct contact and visitor feeding are not included. Return to the same Harbin hotel.

Meet the departure team at the agreed time for Taiping Airport or the confirmed railway station. Keep the standard day free for packing and a relaxed start, allowing extra winter-road and check-in margin.
A late service may permit one separately paid option: Polarland or the Sun Island panda pavilion, not both automatically. Its ticket, vehicle, guiding and time must be agreed before booking; an early departure simply uses the direct transfer.

Booking, payment & cancellation
Submit your inquiry or tailor-made request online, and our travel consultant will contact you within one working day.
We will then work with you to refine the itinerary and quotation until the travel plan is confirmed, with no charge for itinerary adjustments.
Once you approve the itinerary and quotation, a deposit of at least 10% of the total tour price is required to secure the booking and reserve local travel services. After payment, we will issue an official payment receipt.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before departure. Once full payment is received, we will issue your final Tour Confirmation with the confirmed travel arrangements.
Cancellation Policy:
30 days or more before departure: 90% of the total amount paid is refundable.
15–29 days before departure: 40% of the total amount paid is refundable.
Within 14 days of departure: The total amount paid is non-refundable.
