DAY 01Chosen airport → one selected ski base
Your Xinjiang ski holiday starts with the following arrangements. Choose one resort before the programme is confirmed: Jiangjunshan near Altay city, Jikepulin at Hemu, or Koktokay in the Fuyun area. They are alternatives, not three stops on a four-day circuit. The appropriate arrival airport, driving time and hotel or cabin depend on that choice.
Meet the arranged local team for the private winter-road transfer and settle in. The proposal names all three overnight locations, the airport handover, English reception scope and any advance equipment requests. A price is confirmed only after this resort-specific plan is complete.

DAY 02A full ski day at the chosen resort
Use the planned resort pass and agreed daily road transfers to enjoy open runs within the selected ski area. The booking specifies pass duration, permitted lifts and terrain, any rental package and the supervision or instruction requested for your level.
Lessons and rentals are optional unless expressly included. An English-speaking travel guide coordinates local services but does not automatically provide technical ski instruction or accompany every descent. Closed terrain, off-piste touring, tree skiing and backcountry rescue are not part of this groomed-resort product.

DAY 03Second ski session → resort or airport-city stay
Return to the same resort for the second planned ski session. Its length and pass are set around tomorrow’s real flight and the winter road, rather than promising another full day regardless of airport distance.
If a preceding transfer to the airport city is necessary, finish skiing early enough to return equipment and drive on the authorised road with breaks. Otherwise remain at the selected ski base. The exact third-night hotel and transfer time are written into the quotation; no cross-resort transfer or interchangeable airport is assumed.

Meet the private driver at the actual last-night property for the agreed airport transfer. Pack equipment to the airline’s size and baggage rules and allow the confirmed road and check-in margin.
The four-day plan ends at the airport named in the booking. Weather-related road changes may require a revised overnight or flight plan; extra nights and any change charges are agreed in the written winter-service terms.

Booking, payment & cancellation
Submit your inquiry or tailor-made request online, and our travel consultant will contact you within one working day.
We will then work with you to refine the itinerary and quotation until the travel plan is confirmed, with no charge for itinerary adjustments.
Once you approve the itinerary and quotation, a deposit of at least 10% of the total tour price is required to secure the booking and reserve local travel services. After payment, we will issue an official payment receipt.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before departure. Once full payment is received, we will issue your final Tour Confirmation with the confirmed travel arrangements.
Cancellation Policy:
30 days or more before departure: 90% of the total amount paid is refundable.
15–29 days before departure: 40% of the total amount paid is refundable.
Within 14 days of departure: The total amount paid is non-refundable.
