DAY 01Forbidden City → Mutianyu → Beijing hotel
Your Beijing Forbidden City and Great Wall tour begins with the arrangements below. Meet your private English-speaking guide and driver at your central Beijing hotel at around 07:30, with timing adjusted to the palace reservation. Enter the Forbidden City through the Meridian Gate after security and allow approximately 2.5–3 hours for the principal halls, accessible inner-court areas and Imperial Garden. Leave through the north exit to meet the vehicle; palace admission depends on passport-based booking and the opening calendar.
Drive to Mutianyu in around 1.5–2 hours, adding time for lunch and a break. Use the separately paid scenic shuttle and round-trip cable car, then walk a suitable section between watchtowers. Allow around 2.5–3 hours at the scenic area, including roughly 1.5–2 hours on the wall; lifts do not remove all steps. Return to your central Beijing hotel in roughly 1.5–2 hours, normally finishing around 18:00–19:00. This is a long day; there is no hotel night or meal included.

We will then work with you to refine the itinerary and quotation until the travel plan is confirmed, with no charge for itinerary adjustments.
Once you approve the itinerary and quotation, a deposit of at least 10% of the total tour price is required to secure the booking and reserve local travel services. After payment, we will issue an official payment receipt.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before departure. Once full payment is received, we will issue your final Tour Confirmation with the confirmed travel arrangements.
Cancellation Policy:
30 days or more before departure: 90% of the total amount paid is refundable.
15–29 days before departure: 40% of the total amount paid is refundable.
Within 14 days of departure: The total amount paid is non-refundable.
