Mutianyu Great Wall

Begin around the Drum Tower with a hutong rickshaw ride, then continue to the Summer Palace. A compact garden walk and the specified lake-boat experience must fit the flight connection; boat operation depends on conditions. Transfer to the airport for an economy-class flight to Guilin, provisionally about three hours in the air, and meet the local team for check-in.

Visit the Ping’an terrace area after roughly 2–3 hours of road and scenic transfers. Walk selected village paths to understand how cultivation follows the hillside, with lunch chosen locally. Return to Guilin for the Two Rivers and Four Lakes evening cruise. Confirm its actual route and whether Elephant Trunk Hill is included as a separate stop; do not assume the standard lake circuit sails beneath its arch.

Longji Rice Terraces

Visit Reed Flute Cave before the cruise only if the confirmed sailing allows both; cave entry and the pier transfer must be timed explicitly. Sail to Yangshuo for roughly 4–4.5 hours, then explore West Street and a suitable Yulong valley cycling or vehicle route. Return to Guilin as planned. Rafting and Impression Sanjie Liu remain optional and need an agreed schedule.

Reed Flute Cave · Li River Cruise

Reserve today for the second-class rail journey from Guilin toward Zhangjiajie West, provisionally around 6–8 hours depending on the service and connections. Meet the local team and transfer to the hotel. A Charming Xiangxi performance may be requested if arrival, venue location and transport fit; it is not treated as a guaranteed quick city-centre stop after a long train day.

Spend around 5–6 hours at Tianmen Mountain using the ticket route actually operating on your date. Explore open summit paths, the temple area and Tianmen Cave without assuming the historic city-to-summit cableway or 99-bend road is available. After a short Dayong square photo stop, continue to 72 Wonder Tower. The glass walkway and Tianmen Fox Fairy are optional choices. As checked on 21 October 2026, the operator offers the C route via Tianmen Cave Express Cableway and the upper escalators while the long cableway is closed; recheck the route for your dates.

Tianmen Mountain

Use official park transport and the Bailong Elevator to reach Yuanjiajie, then follow selected paths among sandstone pillars and the natural rock bridge. Continue by scenic bus to Tianzi Mountain, descending before a Ten-Mile Gallery visit using the specified small train. Allow a full park day, with queues and breaks rather than a fixed sequence of every viewpoint. Stay in Wulingyuan tonight.

Yuanjiajie · Tianzi Mountain

Visit the Grand Canyon Glass Bridge on its confirmed access ticket, then continue to Baofeng Lake for the scheduled boat ride. Allow transfers, queues and a meal before the airport journey; a late flight is needed to retain both visits. Fly to Shanghai in economy class and transfer to the hotel. Bungee jumping is an optional specialist activity, not a standard inclusion.

Baofeng Lake Zhangjiajie · Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge

Start in public shikumen lanes and Yu Garden’s old-town setting, then walk the Bund’s waterfront. Continue to the Shanghai Museum building confirmed in your booking before exploring plane-tree streets of the former French Concession. The museum’s branch, galleries and closing calendar shape the day. An ERA show or river cruise may be added separately if the evening schedule permits.

Keep the final free time for packing, rest or a short independent walk before your departure transfer in Shanghai. The pickup is planned around the actual flight or train, hotel location, road conditions and departure procedures.
