DAY 01Dali arrival → Old Town → Erhai

Your Dali, Lugu Lake and Lijiang tour starts with the following arrangements. Meet the driver at Dali Airport, check in and rest before an introductory Old Town walk and a selected Erhai S-bend waterfront section. The old-town streets and lakeshore show different sides of Bai settlement and farming life. Arrival time must support both visits without rushing; the included dinner can be adjusted to dietary needs agreed in advance.

DAY 02Dali → Lugu Lake villages

Leave Dali early for Lugu Lake. Reserve a substantial transfer day: allow roughly 5–6 hours of driving as a conservative planning allowance, with the actual route and road conditions reconfirmed before travel. At around 2,700 metres, keep the afternoon moderate. Visit selected open lakeshore sections around Lover’s Beach, Daluoshui and Lige, balancing stops with the long drive. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included.

DAY 03Goddess Bay → Walking Marriage Bridge → Lijiang

Visit Goddess Bay and the Walking Marriage Bridge area to understand the lake’s settlement pattern and Mosuo family traditions. Discuss maternal households with respect, without treating private relationships as a spectacle or promising entry into a home. Continue to Lijiang, allowing approximately 3.5–4.5 hours of mountain-road travel plus breaks. The day includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, with enough time to settle in after arrival.

DAY 04Jade Dragon Snow Mountain → Blue Moon Valley

Visit Jade Dragon Snow Mountain using the reserved scenic bus and cableway arrangement. The Glacier Park upper station is around 4,500 metres: stairs and thin air remain even after the lift. Choose the actual walking distance around individual condition and operating restrictions, without promising the highest boardwalk. Descend to Blue Moon Valley for its pools and limestone edges, allowing 1.5–2 hours there. Back in Lijiang, retain a manageable Old Town or Shuhe walk before the booked painting session. Join the booked thangka-inspired painting workshop with a local artist, using a small format suitable for an introductory session. The artist explains the motifs and process; materials, drying and collection arrangements are agreed in advance. This is a visitor art lesson, not a promise to complete an expertly consecrated religious painting in one afternoon. This full day requires an early start and a confirmed cableway slot; breakfast, lunch and dinner are included.

Booking, payment & cancellation

Submit your inquiry or tailor-made request online, and our travel consultant will contact you within one working day.
We will then work with you to refine the itinerary and quotation until the travel plan is confirmed, with no charge for itinerary adjustments.
Once you approve the itinerary and quotation, a deposit of at least 10% of the total tour price is required to secure the booking and reserve local travel services. After payment, we will issue an official payment receipt.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before departure. Once full payment is received, we will issue your final Tour Confirmation with the confirmed travel arrangements.

Cancellation Policy:
30 days or more before departure: 90% of the total amount paid is refundable.
15–29 days before departure: 40% of the total amount paid is refundable.
Within 14 days of departure: The total amount paid is non-refundable.
