Your Xi’an, Luoyang and Shaolin tour starts with the following arrangements. Meet your guide and driver at the Xi’an airport or railway station confirmed in your booking, then travel to your hotel by private vehicle. The day stays clear of compulsory sightseeing, allowing for arrival procedures, traffic and time to settle in. Your confirmation names the actual terminal or station and meeting point.

If you arrive early, a short independent walk and a meal near the hotel can be a comfortable first introduction. Recommendations follow the hotel location and your dietary preferences; additional guided visits are agreed separately.

Travel to Lintong in approximately 1–1.5 hours and spend around 3–3.5 hours in the Terracotta Warriors section. Your guide connects the pits with the wider mausoleum landscape through military organisation, craft production and the challenges of preserving colour. Admission uses the passport details supplied for booking.

Continue to Huaqing Palace for around 1.5–2 hours, looking at the imperial bathing remains and the site’s later historical associations. Return to Xi’an after the visits. The Song of Everlasting Sorrow is optional and separately paid when operating, with the actual show, seats and later return agreed before adding it.

Give the Small Wild Goose Pagoda precinct, Jianfu Temple remains and Xi’an Museum around 2.5–3 hours together. The garden setting and archaeological displays connect the pagoda’s Buddhist history with the changing city of Chang’an; climbing the pagoda depends on conservation access and is not promised. The museum’s reservation and closing day must fit the date.

Continue to a City Wall section for around 1.5–2 hours, walking or using separately confirmed bicycle hire. Finish with around 1.5–2 hours at the Great Mosque and Muslim Quarter, respecting prayer areas and photography rules. This is a full city day with meal and transfer breaks, not three brief drop-ins; dinner recommendations do not create a compulsory included meal.

Transfer to Xi’an North for a second-class high-speed train to Luoyang Longmen, planning around 1.5–2 hours on the train plus station and road time. Your Henan guide and driver meet you on arrival, with luggage secured in the agreed arrangement before sightseeing. The ticket fare and service are itemised in the quotation rather than inferred from the transport description.

Keep around 3–3.5 hours for Longmen’s principal West Hill route, comparing cave groups and the monumental setting of Fengxian Temple. Walking, steps and visitor controls all count toward the visit. Continue to the Luoyang hotel; a nearby evening walk can be recommended if time and energy permit, without adding a compulsory night tour.

Longmen Grottoes

Spend around 1.5–2 hours at White Horse Temple, considering the establishment and continuing exchange of Buddhist traditions through its courtyard sequence and accessible buildings. Continue by private vehicle toward Dengfeng, allowing roughly 1.5–2 hours before the Shaolin visit.

At Shaolin, keep approximately 3–4 hours for the principal monastery and Pagoda Forest, with a scheduled martial-arts demonstration if running and compatible with the visit. These remain religious and memorial spaces, so respect restricted areas and ask before photographing worshippers. Return to your Luoyang hotel after another roughly 1.5–2-hour road journey; the demonstration is not a private lesson.

Keep the last morning for packing, a short independent walk or rest before the scheduled transfer. Your guide and driver meet you at the agreed collection point for the confirmed Luoyang airport or railway station, allowing road travel, traffic and departure procedures.

No timed attraction is added to this connection. Extra sightseeing or another hotel night can be discussed in advance, with its availability and price agreed before changing your onward booking. A Luoyang Museum, park or old-city extension is optional and quoted separately when the departure allows.
