DAY 01Xi’an arrival → City Wall cycling

Your 3-day Xi’an culture tour starts with the following arrangements. Meet your English-speaking guide and driver at the booked Xi’an airport or station, transfer to the central hotel for check-in or luggage storage and take a break. This short product includes sightseeing on arrival, so choose an arrival early enough for the planned wall session rather than assuming a late flight works.

With the guide’s help, collect the confirmed rental bicycle and ride a suitable section of the City Wall. Allow around 1.5–2 hours for collection, cycling, stops and return, with a turnaround point matched to your energy. There is no requirement to ride the full circuit; weather, age and equipment rules can make walking the agreed alternative. Return to the hotel afterward.

DAY 02Terracotta Warriors → miniature craft → Great Mosque → Muslim Quarter

Travel around 1–1.5 hours to Lintong and spend approximately three hours in the Terracotta Warriors pits. Study the army’s formations and the making of individual figures, then use a prearranged 45–60-minute workshop for miniature moulding or hand-finishing. This is a contemporary craft activity, not access to an archaeological laboratory or handling excavated objects.

Return to central Xi’an for a 45–60-minute Great Mosque visit and around an hour in the Muslim Quarter. Courtyard access follows the mosque’s worship arrangements, with no promise of prayer-hall entry to non-Muslim guests. Keep a meal and rest break within this full day; craft materials and any firing or shipping are specified separately in the confirmation.

DAY 03Hanfu → Small Wild Goose precinct → Xi’an Museum → departure

Allow around 1–1.5 hours for the planned Hanfu dressing and basic hair and makeup, followed by roughly an hour in the Small Wild Goose Pagoda and Jianfu Temple grounds. Take personal photographs where allowed; a professional photographer, commercial shooting permission and edited-image package are not automatically included. Pagoda climbing is not promised.

Continue to Xi’an Museum for around 1–1.5 hours among the accessible archaeology and city-history displays. Leave time to change, return clothing and collect luggage before the private airport or station transfer. A sufficiently late onward departure and a museum opening date are essential to retain the full programme; the rental duration and styling scope are confirmed before booking.

Booking, payment & cancellation

Submit your inquiry or tailor-made request online, and our travel consultant will contact you within one working day.
We will then work with you to refine the itinerary and quotation until the travel plan is confirmed, with no charge for itinerary adjustments.
Once you approve the itinerary and quotation, a deposit of at least 10% of the total tour price is required to secure the booking and reserve local travel services. After payment, we will issue an official payment receipt.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before departure. Once full payment is received, we will issue your final Tour Confirmation with the confirmed travel arrangements.

Cancellation Policy:
30 days or more before departure: 90% of the total amount paid is refundable.
15–29 days before departure: 40% of the total amount paid is refundable.
Within 14 days of departure: The total amount paid is non-refundable.
