Fly to Shanghai in economy class, provisionally around 2–2.5 hours in the air, with airport transfers at both ends. After two mountain days, give recovery priority. If arrival is early and the children still have energy, take the itinerary’s short Bund walk; otherwise leave it for tomorrow, without extending a late arrival into another sightseeing evening.
